Distal Clavicle Resection Rehab Protocol
Keys to a Successful Outcome

For the first week, avoid any excessive range of motions and wear the brace as needed for comfort.

Avoid heavy lifting for at least 8 weeks post-op.

Progressively increase range of motion and weight-bearing activities under the guidance of a physical therapist.
